We work closely with the municipalities to find the best solution to where customers can ride and park our scooters safely.
If you’d like to request a zone to our app to prevent parking or similarly, please send your request to the email connected to your city. We will need the following information to assess your request:

• A screenshot of the requested area highlighted on a map (e.g. Google Maps)
• An explanation of why the zone is requested

We will evaluate your request and consider this when adding new zones. New zones are evaluated based on our customer’s riding patterns, wishes from the municipality, and feedback from local citizens. Please feel free to send the suggestion to the municipality as well, so they have the opportunity to consider the zone.
