– The Ryde Pass will only work in the city where you have bought the pass.

– The Ryde Pass is non-refundable.

– The service could potentially be closed on days with hazardous weather conditions.

– It is prohibited to use the Ryde Pass for commercial transportation (e.g. food delivery).
